Every bottle begins with carefully selected harvests from groves we know, chosen for their quality, character, and authenticity. Rather than pursuing volume, we focus on preserving the identity of each harvest and the character of the place it comes from. It is the same olive oil we proudly choose for our own table.

Every harvest reflects a unique combination of grove, season, climate, and the subtle differences of each Micro‑Terroir. Rather than seeking uniformity, we value these differences and preserve the character that makes each harvest distinctive.
As Akra Riza grows, we are building a transparent traceability system that will allow every bottle to tell its own story—from the grove where it began to the people who brought it to life.

Πράσινη συγκομιδή, εβδομάδες πριν την πλήρη ωρίμανση, και ελαιοποίηση μέσα σε ώρες. Χαμηλότερη απόδοση, μεγαλύτερη ένταση: ζωηρά αρώματα, έντονη πικράδα, μακρύ πιπεράτο τελείωμα. Για όσους θέλουν τον τόπο στην πιο ειλικρινή του ένταση.
