Not every harvest is destined to carry the Akra Riza name. We select production lots for quality, sensory character and their ability to express their origin.
Relevant production lots are supported by laboratory and sensory evaluation, with analytical results documented batch by batch. Where applicable, phenolic characteristics are independently verified.
Our approach connects product, harvest, production lot and the people behind it, with progressively deeper batch-level documentation as the project develops.
